I work from a Jungian/Depth perspective, along with Inner Child Work, Internal Family Systems, Transpersonal & Compassionate/Buddhist Based Perspectives, Dream Work and more.

​Although I love working with all kinds of individuals, I do work with many highly sensitive people - navigating their unique gifts and needs. As well as many therapists and other healing practitioners, who have spent much time doing their own therapeutic work and are now longing to go deeper.

Session Details:

 

Zoom sessions are typically 50 minutes once a week. This work can be long-term or short-term, depending on what's right for you. Some clients choose to work together for years, finding the process grounding and illuminating as an ongoing soulful, inner exploration. Others come with a particular struggle or inner-season to work through. It's all welcome and together we let it unfold naturally, listening to what you are needing as we go.

 

The full fee for a 50 minute session is

180-200 USD, depending on ability to pay. I occasionally have a few lower fee spots available if you are unable to pay the full fee; please inquire when you reach out. The fee for a couple's session is 220.

Working with Dreams

​

If we pay attention and learn how to listen, we find our psyche is speaking to us all the time, in a myriad of ways.

 

Dreams are one of the most potent ways this shows up, and can uniquely cut through the noise and the ego, telling us exactly what is what.

 

But because of their symbolic nature, we must use the language of the unconscious to court the dream into revealing its deeper meaning. 

​

And because dreams often show us something we don't yet know consciously - that is a blind spot - we often need someone from the outside to help us see what we alone cannot.

 

If it compels you, you can write down and bring your dreams to sessions. It is a profound way to connect with your deepest self.

Not to worry if you don’t remember your dreams.

 

Sometimes this is what the psyche needs at the moment, and other times a few tweaks and a little attention can lead to dream recall.

 

In fact, most people, even those who don't remember their dreams, will have a significant dream right before our first session together - helping to show us what we must know moving forward.
